PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication aid system between viewers having similar interest tendencies in the unit of scenes of video contents. SOLUTION: The system includes a video contents reproduction means (11); a means (12) for designating scene information being segmentation of the video contents; a means (21) for receiving user identification information, video contents identification information and scene information; a user information DB (23) for storing the user identification information, the video contents identification information and the scene information; a means (24) for acquiring similar user information associated with the same video contents identification information and the same scene information from the user information DB (23) based on the video contents identification information and the scene information, a means (13) for providing the similar user information to viewers of the video contents, and means (16, 26, 17) for transmitting a message from the video contents viewer to the similar user.
