PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, surely and faithfully provide preventive maintenance service for software of a client system. SOLUTION: A preventive maintenance service management system 1 is provided with a preventive maintenance information DB part 2, a preventive maintenance information control part 8 and a file storage part 14, and is connected to maintenance departments PC 19-PC 21 and shipping department PC 22 via a network 18. The preventive maintenance information DB 2 is provided with DB 3-DB 7 and records information relating to preventive maintenance. The preventive maintenance information control part 8 is provided with function 9 - function 13, executes input and output of data to the preventive maintenance information DB part 2 and processing of recorded information, and provides output to the maintenance departments PC 19-PC 21 and the shipping department PC 22. The file storage part 14 records a preventive maintenance report 15, a shipping medium creation and delivery instruction 16, and a preventive maintenance work instruction 17 outputted from the preventive maintenance information control part 8. |
