PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive laminated board for light emitting element by significantly improving the productivity of the board and, at the same time, improving the accuracy, quality, and stability of the board and, when a white or blue light emitting LED is mounted on the laminated board, and to partially form a plated-film which can efficiently reflects light on the bottom and side face of a depressed hole. SOLUTION: A bonding sheet 2 formed of a semi-cured resin is interposed between a core material 1 formed of a fiber-containing resin and rolled copper foil 3. The bonding sheet 2 is heated by pressurizing the sheet 2 by means of the punch 7 of the upper metal mold 6 of a press-molding machine from the copper foil 3 side. A recessed section is formed on the bonding sheet 2 while the copper foil 3 is laminated upon the sheet 2 and, at the same time, the core material 1 and copper foil 3 are stuck to the sheet 2. Thereafter, a reflecting plate is formed by plating the copper foil 3 in the recessed section with gold. |
