PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web site building and renewing method capable of easily building and renewing the Web site for the portable information terminal without imposing a burden on a Web site manager. SOLUTION: This Web site building and renewing method builds and renews the Web site in such manners that one or more layout blocks are provided in a format of the Web site registering a Web server, a specified mail address expressing the Web site building and renewal, a user ID related to a telephone number of a facsimile device, and the Web site building and renewal entry sheet data describing image information and mark sheet information are transmitted from a facsimile device to a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) server, and the CTI server extracts block data, converts the data format of the image data, recognizes and transmits the command contents from positional information of the mark sheet data, and writes the transmitted data in the layout block.
