<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting system capable of performing an accounting without requiring an accounting department in a company and capable of being generally introduced and operated at a low cost. SOLUTION: This accounting system comprises a server 16, a first computer 14a for inputting trade data such as dates, clients, and amounts based on the contents of trades generated, and a second computer 14b instructing the server to process and output the trade data in a prescribed form style. The server 16 comprises a storage means 5 for storing trade data from the first computer 14a, a form preparation means 8 for extracting the trade data in the storage means 5 and processing the extracted trade data in the form of a style instructed by the second computer 14b, and a transmission means 5 for transmitting the form prepared by the form preparation means 8 to the second computer 14b.</p> |
