<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote an electronic application system utilizing Internet technology required for realizing an electronic government/electronic autonomy. SOLUTION: The approval system of an application form by words matching a familiar life scene is adopted. The resident's card code of an applicant is inputted before inputting the entry items of the application form to automatically input the entry items from a resident information data base into the applicable items of the application form. The inputted electronic application form is transferred to a basic contact operation on-line system to automatically perform an input processing and return the results directly to a resident. Such an environment as if the resident makes a consultation with the window of an office is created on the Internet so that a staff can prepare the application form in association with the resident and, at the same time, an electronic application can be performed.</p> |
