PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to make settings to a terminal adaptor TA by a simple operation without the intelligence of setting information of the terminal adaptor. SOLUTION: A browser function attached telephone transmits data entered by an operator from an entry means 7 to a center via the TA. The center generates setting dial information on the basis of data sent from the browser function attached telephone and transmits contents for setting the setting dial information as data of a particular scheme to the browser function attached telephone. The browser function attached telephone detects the particular scheme included in the contents received from the center, recognizes the data of the particular scheme as a telephone number and makes a telephone call to the TA by using the data for dial information. The TA makes setting according to the dial information.
