TEMPERATURE FUSE AND BATTERY USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature fuse with high quick-fusing characteristics. SOLUTION: This temperature fuse is equipped with a first insulating film in which the tip parts of a pair of metallic terminals 11 are arranged on the top surface of it; a fusible alloy positioned in the upper part of the first insulating film and connected to between the tip parts of the metallic terminal 11; and a second insulating film 14 positioned in the upper part of the fusible alloy and being fit to the first insulating film so that an inner space is formed between the first insulating film and the second insulating film. A swelling part 16 for liberating a fused material of the insulating films produced when the first insulating film and the second insulating film are fixed is installed in a fixing part 15 of the first insulating film and the second insulating film 14.
