PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for performing efficient distribution management of cargo by a simple system while preventing increase of a work burden of a person in charge of a job site. SOLUTION: An IC card 100 in which cargo information such as a slip number is written is attached to the cargo 10, gate antennas 71, 72 and 81 are installed at a carry-in port 31, a carry-out port 32 of a distribution base 3a and a loading/unloading port 51 of a delivery car 5, the cargo information is automatically read by non-contact from the IC card via the gate antennas when the cargo passes the gate antennas, the read cargo information and gate identification information to identify the gate antennas are transmitted and a distribution state of the cargo is managed based on the transmitted cargo information. |
