PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card issuing device capable of easily preventing a card from jumping to a card carrying path due to an erroneous setting at the time of loading the card to a card accumulating part. SOLUTION: In the card issuing device provided with the card accumulating part 13 for accumulating and housing the cards 16 to be issued, a card paying out part for paying out the accumulated card and supplying it to a card carrying part and a card printing part provided in the card carrying path, the card paying-out part is provided with a gate 17 having a clearance that only one card can pass through. The gate 17 is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the gate to a closed position at the time of accumulating the card in the card accumulating part 13 and driving the gate 17 to an open position at the time of paying out the card by the paying out part. |
