PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a ticket selling method for entertainment where in Japan booing rarely occurs in an audience even when musical or theatrical performance contents for entertainment such as a concert are unsatisfactory to the audience and cooling off such as a refund of ticket fare is never carried out, and it is common that tickets for a concert or the like are sold in advance before a musical performance date and day tickets are sold on the musical performance date but tickets near expiration before the musical performance date are never sold at a discount. SOLUTION: When a customer is unsatisfied with musical performance contents, exit of the customer and refund of a ticket fare are accepted within a certain time after opening curtain. Since presently unsold tickets contribute nothing to sales, tickets near expiration are sold at a discount. |
