PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service for preventing a train passenger or the like from passing its alighting station. SOLUTION: When a management server 1 receives a request of providing a service by which passenger can surely get off at a desired station, the server 1 uses a position information grasping system 4 to sequentially discriminate a moving position of a passenger by a GPS function of a mobile terminal (2) possessed by the passenger, detects mobile terminal (3) of other passenger on the same vehicle as that of the passenger informs the mobile terminal (3) of the other passenger about it when the server 1 compares the position of the alighting station detected on the basis of a line map (6) and a map database (5) with the moving position of the passenger of the service requester to detect that the alighting station is approaching and allows the other passenger to inform the passenger of the service requester about it that the alighting station is approaching.
