PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery system, method, and program producing and transmitting fixed-form transmission information based on existing output information of an information processing system. SOLUTION: A receiving part 23 receives related information related to a user by relating it to an identifier specifying the user. User information database 22a stores the identifier and the address information of the user by relating them to each other. An address specifying part 24 specifies address information of the user by referring to the user information database 22a based on the identifier. A delivery information producing part 25 produces delivery- form information including the related information and deliverable to the address information. A delivering part 26 distributes the delivery-form information to the address specified by the address information.
