PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for a user of a terminal whose resource is limited to smoothly acquire contents. SOLUTION: The data distribution system for distributing data to terminals includes; a means for receiving a data distribution request from a first terminal; a means for discriminating the propriety of distribution of the data to the first terminal depending on the relation between the attribute of the first terminal and the attribute of the data; a means for acquiring the current position of the first terminal; a terminal extract means for extracting a second terminal depending on the current position; and a transfer means for transferring the data discriminated improper to be distributed to the first terminal to the second terminal.
