PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that close arrangement of a plurality coils causes mutual induction coupling, in accordance with the magnitude of coupling changes, depending on the ways of arrangement and satisfactory attenuation characteristics cannot be obtained. SOLUTION: Insulating layers and conductive patterns are laminated to form an LC filter, having a plurality of coils in a laminate. The plurality of coils of the LC filter are formed, by displacing winding shafts so as not to overlap mutually, and adjacent coils are formed, with the directions of magnetic bundles generated by signals transmitted through the LC filter being the same.
