PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile data changing device capable of performing versatile data change across services without changing a DB schema and without changing a data structure or a program even when data are added or deleted. SOLUTION: This device is characterized by being equipped with a rule management part 40 for managing a data change rule by registration, deletion, change or inquiry of the data change rule, an XML document reception part 20 for receiving an XML document which is a data change object, and verifying whether the document is a proper XML document or not, and a data changing part 30 for reading an element and an attribute specified by a tag in the verified XML document, and performing data change following the change rule when agreeing with the data change rule registered beforehand.
