PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a processing of authenticity discrimination for tickets such as a boarding ticket and an express ticket at all times not only at the time of issuing the ticket but also the time of examining the ticket or the like and to prevent execution of the processing of the authenticity discrimination from being recognized from the appearance. SOLUTION: A positive catalyst such as cobalt chloride (II) is prepared on a surface of the ticket so as to make luminol emit light by a stamp applied at the time of ticket examination or the like. When authenticity judgment is requested, an alkali solution of the luminol containing hydrogen peroxide is blown or the like to be stuck to the ticket and authenticity is judged by the presence/absence of light emission by luminol reaction.
