SOLUTION: An automatic vending machine Li is largely constituted of two parts mentioned below. The first constitution is a commodity vending part A and the commodity vending part A is provided with an automatic commodity vending part 20 and a stock amount detection part 21 and is constituted such that a consumer can purchase the commodity by feeding a charge. The second constitution is a used commodity recovery part B and the used commodity recovery part B is provided with a recovery box 30 and a recovery amount detection part 31 and is for recovering used and discarded commodities. Data of a stock amount and the recovery amount of the commodities are automatically transmitted from the automatic vending machine Li to a data base provided in a dealer terminal through a network.
