The invention relates to novel substances based on polysaccharides and polyaminoglucose and to a method for the production thereof. According to the invention, the novel substances are produced by chemical interaction. The inventive substance A is characterised by a chemical reaction between polysaccharides and polyaminoglucose. The inventive substance B is characterised by a modification between one or more oxidising agents and the inventive substance C is characterised by a modification of a reactive catalyst with one or more oxidising agents. The inventive substance D is characterised by a modification between a reactive catalyst with one or more oxidising agents. The inventive substance E is characterised by a modification of the substances A, B, C and D by means of esterification by acid anhydrites. The properties of the substances can be extremely varied when combined with various auxiliary agents and known additives.
