JOB INSTRUCTION/SUPERVISORY SUPPORT SYSTEM BY USING MOBILE PHONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job instruction/supervisory support system by which an operator can confirm each procedure, each process and each path or the like and a manager can grasp a progress state of a job by using a mobile phone provided with a Web function to cope with the job on the basis of an optional particulate schedule. SOLUTION: The system includes; a database 1 for storing job process and path scheme information; a server 2 for providing instruction information to the operator on the basis of the information; and a mobile phone 4 capable of exchanging a message via the Internet and a mobile phone service network 3. The server 2 receives a report from the operator and displays the progress state, and automatically transmits succeeding information to the mobile phone 4 on the basis of the scheme information on the database 1. The operator makes a report by responding to only a prescribed selected operation.
