PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to implement wide range of patents by making an investor invest and participate in a method and system for implementation of an invention filed for an application for a patent. SOLUTION: The method and system for patented invention implementation business is comprised of a step inviting the public to offer patent applications and patents (hereafter, patent or the like) requiring investment on a communication network 120, a step opening a screen indication 136 requesting the investor to invest and indicate an amount of investment and an indication informing states of investment to each item to the public, a step inviting the public to be a patent implementer by a screen indication requesting implementation of an item, a step calculating dividends for each investor in corresponding to amount of investment for license fee paid due to implementation of patent implementer with using a map indicating relation of license fee and dividend, and a step going through formalities of paying dividend to the investor based on the calculation. |
