PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support efficient restaurant management by efficiently speeding up the rotation of customers by reducing a waiting time in a restaurant. SOLUTION: When reservation information is transmitted from a home personal computer 3 of a user, an acceptable number is issued, and stored in a reservation memory (S10-S30). Then, a waiting time for each acceptance number is predicted based on the reservation information in the reservation memory, and the table guide time of each acceptable number is calculated, and stored in a table guide time memory (S40-S60).
