SOLUTION: A service man 21 approaches an information write/readout device 22 (for example PDA: personal digital assistant) to an antenna 20 of a wireless communication part 19 installed in an ultrasonic aspirator 7 so that a control program of the ultrasonic aspirator 7 is upgraded or control information is collected from the ultrasonic aspirator 7.
