PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for carrying a card for use at a store and to facilitate point management for both of the store and a customer. SOLUTION: When the customer 80 declares (an arrow F1) of a number of a cellular telephone 82 in the case of using the store 50, points are imparted (an arrow F2) to the number, a telephone number of the store is transferred (an arrow F3) to a management system 12 together with the telephone number of the cellular telephone and the number of points and a point table 26 is created. When the customer 80 collates (an arrow F4) of point balance to a management system 12, an applicable piece of information is given (an arrow F5). Then, the present station number of the cellular telephone 82 is presented (an arrow F6) at the store 50, service is offered when the point balance is confirmed and the points are subtracted (an arrow F7). When the cellular telephone number, the number of subtracted points and the store's telephone number are transferred to the management system 12 (an arrow F8), the point table 26 is updated. |
