PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure flexible and elastic input and delivery of information in an information input and delivery system for live information and the like. SOLUTION: For input of information about a state changing from time to time from an information input client 1 and delivery thereof from a delivery server 3, an input information processing server 2 is interposed between the information input client 1 and the delivery server 3. The input information processing server 2 converts the information input in an arbitrary format from the information input client 1 into a format of information delivered by the delivery server 3 by means of an information conversion algorithm and an information conversion table corresponding to the input information, and transmits it to the delivery server 3.
