PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve quick and light traveling by applying engine braking when a driver intends to use it in addition to the improvement of the regenerative efficiency of a motor when a vehicle is decelerated, with regard to a hybrid vehicle controlling device. SOLUTION: The vehicle is controlled in such a way that intake air volume to an engine is increased when an automatic transmission is positioned in a prescribed automatic transmission range (D range) or at the side higher than the prescribed automatic transmission range, and conversely, that the intake air volume to the engine is decreased less than in the prescribed transmission range when the automatic transmission is positioned at the side lower than the prescribed automatic transmission range (Ds range or L range). |
