PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roughly uniform light emission in a longitudinal direction of a bar shaped light emission part composed of a bar shaped light guiding body. SOLUTION: Incoming light is highly diffused and highly reflected by a highly diffusing and highly reflecting reflection film 8 provided on an inner circumference side surface of a hollow body 6 when the incoming light passes through an inside of the hollow body 6. Consequently, light emission generally uniform in the longitudinal direction of the bar shaped light emission part composed of the bar shaped light guiding body 2. The highly diffusing and highly reflecting reflection film 8 is provided in a hollow 9 side of the hollow body 6. Consequently, manufacturing process numbers are greatly reduced. |
