PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which is arranged so that electronic parts such as drive ICs arranged within a fan motor is not broken by static electricity from outside, with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The fan motor comprises a fixing member which has an outside facing the external space of a motor and an inside facing the internal space of the motor, a circuit board which is arranged on the inside of that fixing member, and electronic parts which are arranged on that circuit board. An aluminum layer is provided on the outside of that fixing member so as to cover the electronic parts, and besides this aluminum layer is not connected to an earth. |
