NETWORK CONTROL DEVICE AND AUTOMATIC REPORT SYSTEM USING THE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network control device enabling communication between a report device such as a meter-reading device and a management device for managing the meter-reading device or the like to be surely performed and an automatic report system using the control device. SOLUTION: Data from the meter-reading device are transmitted to a protocol conversion part 35 through a terminal connection part 37 and a communication speed conversion part 36. The protocol conversion part 35 converts IP packet data to be meter-reading data into X.25 packet data and then transmits the converted data from a 1st frame control part 33 to a network to be a U-point 5a side. A protocol conversion part receiving the X.25 packet data to be data of the network side from the 1st frame control part 33 converts the received data into IP data, discriminates whether the IP data are the data of the meter- reading device or the data of a false U-point 5b side, i.e., NCTE side and transmits the data of the meter reading device to the terminal connection part 37 or transmits the data of the NCTE side to a 2nd frame control part 34.
