INTEGRATED SEAMLESS NETWORK SYSTEM FOR RADIO SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service which is efficient and excellent on the whole by producing a network which integrates a plurality of radio systems seamlessly and also to provide, especially, a common platform with respect to various radio communication networks. SOLUTION: The integrated seamless network system is provided with a mobility manager 47 for supporting a roaming mobile terminal and a resource manager 46 for performing cooperation with a traffic distribution. While guaranteeing service quality, roaming is performed in same kind radio communication networks and in different kind radio communication networks and access is performed to the Internet 33 via a gateway router 32 in one area. In the meantime, a plurality of structures 31 respectively existing in one area are disposed via the Internet in the whole areas.
