PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an information processor obtaining an operation right to preferentially, exclusively, simultaneously and remotely control a plurality of optional information providing devices to the other information processor. SOLUTION: This network information processing system is provided with a plurality of consoles PC 43 and PC 44 for processing optional information, targets PC 46 to 49 for providing the electronic information content for at least the console PC 44, communication cables 41A and 41B for connecting this target PC46 and the respective consoles PC 43 and 44, and an operation right control PC 45 for controlling communication between the console PC 43 connected to the communication cable 41A and the target PC 46. This operation right control PC 45 receives an input operation request from the console PC 43, and imparts the operation right to the console PC 43 making the input operation request.
