The invention relates to a dough dividing machine comprising a machine housing (3); a dough receiving container (4) which is fixed to the machine housing (3) and is used to receive dough to be divided up; a dough supplying unit which is connected to the dough receiving container (4) and comprises at least one driven delivery plunger (15) which is used to transport dough out of the dough receiving container (4); and a dough portioning unit which comprises a first row of first measuring plungers (40) which can be displaced in a driven manner in first plunger housings (42) and are used to receive dough from the dough supplying device, and at least one second row of second measuring plungers (40) which can be displaced in a driven manner in second plunger housings (42) and are used to receive dough from the dough supplying device. Said first plunger housings (42) have a cross-section surface A1 and said second plunger housings (43) have a cross-section surface A2, A1 being different from A<2>. The dough portioning unit can be displaced in such a way that dough from the at least one delivery plunger (15) can be supplied alternatively only to the first plunger housings (42) or to the at least second plunger housings (43). Said dough dividing machine also comprises a dough delivery unit for receiving and delivering portioned dough from the dough portioning unit. |
