A mobile phone has a case comprising two half-shells (1, 5). A bracket (3) has one arm (4) which fits over plastic studs (2A, 2B) on the lower half-shell (1). The other arm (7) fits through a slot (6) in the upper half-shell (5) to hold the shells together. An Independent claim is also included for the production of a phone by fitting the studs on the lower half-shell, attaching the bracket over the studs, fitting its upper arm through a slot in the upper half-shell, and bending the arm over to fasten the half-shells together.
