PURPOSE: An apparatus for sterilizing aquarium seawater by electrolysis between copper and silver is provided to protect fish from harmful germ. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a cylindrical body(2) at the upper side of which a top cover(3) is combined; a plural holes(3) formed on the cylindrical body; a bottom cap(4) which is combined with the cylindrical body to form aeration space; an aeration means(14) installed in the aeration space; a copper spiral(9) which is installed vertically inside the cylindrical body; a silver spiral(10) which is installed vertically inside the cylindrical body; a rubber insulator(11) which is inserted between the copper spiral and the silver spiral; a power supply line(5) connected to the copper spiral and the silver spiral, respectively; and an air hose(15) which is connected to the aeration means to supply air.
