PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that program information to be recorded as view history is increased because program information is recorded as view history in each view selection. SOLUTION: A data receiver is provided with a data receiving part 12 for receiving data to which a prescribed attribute is attached in each prescribed unit, a view record determination means 15 for determining whether the received data are to be recorded or not based on the attribute included in the received data and a view history information generating means 16 and a view history information recording means 17 for recording the received data in each prescribed unit based on the determined result of the means 15.
