PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent license business for utilizing a patent by using a communication network in place of a patent owner who owns a patent right. SOLUTION: This methods comprises a step for inviting patent items for a patent license, a step for asking the information provision of a product which is being implemented with respect to composing elements described in the claim concerning the applied patent items, a step for receiving the information provision on the communication network, and for evaluating the value of the information provision corresponding to the composing elements described in the claim, steps 242 and 456 for making a response on the communication network in order to inform an information provider of the payment of the information provision fee according to the evaluation, and a step 430 for making a response on the communication network in order to inform the patent right disposal authority of the applied patent items of the payment of the license fee based on the license fee to be paid from the patent license. |
