PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate and automatically reload a dynamic HTML file simultaneously. SOLUTION: An update type image browse system having a WWW server 10 for storing images 11a to 11c updated according to observation information and a user terminal 30 for displaying an image corresponding to an HTML file for image display in the WWW server 10 on a display part 34 via a WWW browser, is provided with a selected point information storage processing means 40 for storing user-selected point information 60 transmitted from the user terminal 30 in the WWW server 10, an HTML file generation processing means 50 for reading in the stored selected point information 60 and generating an HTML file for image display, and an automatic update processing means 51 for causing the user terminal 30 to request an image reload from the WWW server 10 periodically or when a given time is reached, so that the reload request causes the HTML file generation processing means 50 to generate an HTML file for update image display.
