PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an orderer to be able to easily understand the commodities relating to an operation schedule and their delivery date and to deliver within the delivery date even when the scale of the operation schedule is large or a plurality of operation schedules are present. SOLUTION: When a commodity is ordered from the terminal 100b of a corporate customer 20 to a sender 10 based on a pre-prepared operation schedule, the input of an invoice for the ordered commodity is performed at the terminal 100a of the sender 10. After the input is completed, a scheduled delivery mail 639 is prepared, and transmitted to the terminal 100b of the corporate customer 20. At the terminal 100b of the corporate customer 20, the delivered commodity and the scheduled delivery date of the commodity are displayed based on the scheduled delivery mail 630 in correspondence with the operation schedule. Then, an unmatched list on the commodities for which the scheduled delivery date does not match a predicted date on the operation schedule is prepared and displayed. While reading the unmatched list, the orderer requests the sender 10 to deliver the commodities additionally and urgently. |
