PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collecting device that is easily detached or attached to a pantograph of a collecting part and that can reduce the burden of detaching or attaching work. SOLUTION: In this collecting device which has a collecting part 1 that collects power by contacting a conductor onto a trolley wire, and that is mounted on the upper part of the pantograph P, the mounting part 2 of the collecting part 1 has a bearing part 31 that is fitted to the upper shaft P1 of the pantograph and supported at the upper end side. Also, a groove 3 that opens the lower end side to enable the upper shaft P1 to be passed through and a groove opening and closing means 4 that opens and closes the lower end side of the groove 3 are provided.
