PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep response speed of an input interface such as a mouse at high speed when an information providing management means is remotely operated. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a plurality of network information processing systems #n(n=1 to N) and a communication means 40 for connecting the network information processing systems. Each network information processing system includes >=1 information processor 1 for processing optional information and the information providing management means 10 for, at least, processing information which is transferred from the information processor 1 and providing electronic information contents which comprises display information. The information providing management means 10 reports processing situation information to the respective information processors 1 and the information processor 1 controls information transfer speed in response to the processing situation information.
