PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation structure of axial component that is mounted to a substrate that allows a heat sink to come into contact with an appropriate place in the body of an axial component that is mounted to the substrate and has both legs extended to both sides of the body, can be directly radiated by the heat sink from the body of the axial component, and can improve a heat radiation effect. SOLUTION: In the heat radiation structure of an axial component 2, the axial component 2 whose both legs 2a are extended to both sides of a body 2b is mounted to a substrate 1 for improving heat radiation efficiency. A heat sink 3 nearly in a sideward T shape having a horizontal piece 3a, where both legs 2a of the axial component 2 that is mounted to the substrate 1 are penetrated, and the tip is in contact with the lower surface of the body 2b of the axial component 2, is erected at a portion near the outside of both legs 2a of the axial component 2 on the substrate 1.
