PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device in which the usage efficiency of a memory is improved, a communication method, a program and a storage medium. SOLUTION: The communication method includes a step S202 for deciding whether or not received text data are encoded and generated before reception of the text data in the case of receiving the text data, a step S203 for receiving the text data and decoding the received text data at the same time when it is decided that the received text data are encoded and generated, and a step S204 for storing the generated data as a result of decoding the text data.
