PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information disk recording/reproducing device capable of improving its own service life further by shutting off dust intrusion when a cartridge is not inserted therein. SOLUTION: The information disk recording/reproducing device uses a built-in cartridge in the state a disk is loaded for recording/reproducing information on a disk tray and is provided with a pickup for performing recording/ reproduction to the disk and a transport mechanism for pulling out the entire disk tray from the transport into a device main body and further carrying it to a part where the pickup is installed so as to perform recording/ reproduction to the disk. Around a cartridge insertion port in an information disk recording/reproducing device main body, a dust intrusion preventing member 50 to be in contact having a cartridge panel in a flat projected shape and facing a cartridge insertion port in the information disk recording/reproducing device main body and the door of the cartridge insertion port 4 in the information disk recording/reproducing device main body for tightly sealing them is provided.
