SOLUTION: In the material procurement system, computers 1c, 2c which are individually held by a headquarter 1 and branch offices 2 as a plurality of material purchasers are linked with computers 3c which are individually held by a plurality of material suppliers 3 via the Internet 4 and a server 5 of the Internet 4 is provided with a material list 12 in which a plurality of kinds of material names 8, material manufacturers 9, material prices 10 and material suppliers 11, etc., are recorded. In addition, the computers 1c, 2c held by the headquarter 1 and the branch offices 2 as the material purchasers are provided with material order placing means based on the material list 12 and the computers 3c held by the material suppliers 3 are provided with material order receiving means based on the material list 12. |
