PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the use amount of paper by eliminating paper from decision operation and solve a problem relating to the carrying and control of paper documents, and allow each settling person to perform a settlement processing from any terminal by providing a function to control the settlement operation to a server. SOLUTION: An electronic decision device 1 is connected to the terminal of a staff A through a network N. The electronic device 1 comprises a plan accepting part 2, a decision item circulating part 3, and a personnel information file 8. The staff A who is a planner plans decided item by transmitting item information on the decided item to the electronic decision device 1 through a network N. The decided item circulating part 3 circulates the decision information on the decided item in order to a settler having a authority on the decided item through the network N. A personnel information file 8 stores personnel information relating to a plurality of generations. When the decided items is circulated, the decided item circulating part 3 circulates the decided item to each person who makes a decision based on the personnel information on an appropriate generation. |
