PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely perform the simulations of the designs of post-retirement years and lifetime. SOLUTION: A compensation table set according to the duties and ages of employees and a retirement allowance table set according to the duties and service years are registered with company ID added thereto (S2). The entry of data on the duties, ages, and service years of the employees is prompted to a terminal 5 in response to a request for access from the terminal, compensation data and retirement allowance data corresponding to the duties, ages, and service years of the employees inputted from the terminal 5 are acquired based on the compensation table and retirement allowance table, the compensation data and retirement allowance data are displayed on the terminal 5 to prompt the transmission of defined compensation data and defined retirement allowance data, income data showing the specified incomes of the employees for each year is calculated based on the defined compensation data and defined retirement allowance data transmitted from the terminal 5, and the income data is displayed on the terminal 5 (S5, S6). |
