PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily link a net shop configuring and operating system to an already existing selling managing system for an actual shop without changing the selling managing system. SOLUTION: A shop terminal 2 is configured with not only an already existing selling managing system 21 for updating the contents of a slip description/ slip total file F2 based on inputted slip data but also a net shop confirming and operating system 22. When merchandise being the target of net selling is arbitrarily selected and designated from a merchandise master file F1 for storing and managing the merchandise information of each merchandise to be sold in commercial transaction in a real shop in configuring the net shop, a merchandise guide page with contents carrying information related with the selected merchandise is prepared, and transmitted to a shopping mole site 1 side. Also, the order information of the net selling when merchandise is ordered at the net shop side is received, and the contents of the slip description/slip total file F2 are updated based on the order information. |
