SOLUTION: In a delivery action center (C), a merchandise delivery condition requested by a customer (A) is managed for each customer (A), and delivery merchandise from each supplier (B-3a-B-3n) to the customer (A) and the delivery period or the like are checked, and a unified delivery slip to the customer whose merchandise delivery destination is matched among those suppliers (B-3a-B-3n) is prepared based on the checked result, and the merchandise of those suppliers (B-3a-B-3n) is delivered in a batch to the customer (A) by using a designated delivery slip (X). |
