PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera which can prevent trouble from occurring to a camera body, a photographed image, etc., by disabling camera operations for an event for which the camera operations should be disabled. SOLUTION: The camera is equipped with a control means 101 which controls various camera operations and a detecting means 101a which detects the occurrence of the event for which the camera operations should be disabled and the control means 101 disables the camera operations when the event for which the camera operations should be disabled is detected; and a nonvolatile storage means 102 stores the event detection when the event is detected and the control means 101 preferably disables the camera operations when confirming that the event detection is stored in the storage means 102 when the camera is started next time. |
