LIQUID INJECTION DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always maintain a predetermined amount of liquid for injection into a container of a polymer battery by quickly and automatically correcting changes in the amount of the liquid with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: When the liquid discharged from a metering discharge device is injected into the container inside a vacuum chamber through piping, a control device adjusts the stroke of a piston of the metering discharge device so that the amount of the liquid injected into the container is always maintained at a desired value.
